👜 EXCLUSIVE BAG POLICY
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our luxury-inspired bags, all exclusive bag sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for exclusive bags once an order has been placed.
If your exclusive bag arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
After review, an approved replacement may be issued when inventory is available.
🎀 HELLO KITTY BAG POLICY
For our Hello Kitty Collection, customer satisfaction is important.
If your Hello Kitty bag arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or return authorization within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must remain unused and in their original condition.
Approved claims may receive:
• A replacement item
or
• Return authorization for inspection.
💌 ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because orders begin processing shortly after they're placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Once production or packaging has started, your order cannot be canceled.
